The classic Chevrolet pickup truck featured in today's new puzzle is part of the Advance-Design truck series by Chevrolet. First available on Saturday June 28, 1947, these trucks were sold with various minor changes over the years until March 25, 1955. From 1947 until 1955, Chevrolet trucks were number one in sales in the United States. The styling for the Advance-Design trucks was the inspiration for both the Chevrolet SSR and the Chevrolet HHR, it also inspired the design of some of the Opel Blitz trucks.
