In this fun new puzzle we feature a mother alpaca and it's cute baby. Similar to, and often confused with, the llama - the alpaca is a species of South American camelid mammal. Alpacas are considerably smaller than llamas. Alpacas are kept in herds that graze on the level heights of the Andes of Southern Peru, Western Bolivia, Ecuador, and Northern Chile at an altitude of 3,500 to 5,000 metres. Alpaca fleece is a lustrous and silky natural fiber. While similar to sheep's wool, it is warmer, not prickly, and bears no lanolin, which makes it hypoallergenic.
